He looks like a guy in his early 30s and Chloe *still* looks (and
talks!) like a teenager to me. She always has this high school senior
hairstyle and super whiney voice on the show AFAIC, but maybe that is
because we have not seen the stylists on the show change her at all
over the years since they first had her "blossom" out of Ghoul Girl
stage? She just looks outdated and teeny-bopperish to me. I kept
thinking "Eww.....Lucas is gettin' it on with his little brother
Philip's FIRST EVER girlfriend. How tacky is THAT?"
Remember all of the times they changed up Belle (Storms, not Madison)
and Mimi's looks, fashion and hairstyles? It's like they were on the
runway there were so darned many change-ups. Nicole, too. Chloe is
still the same ol', same ol'. She's always got that "Opera Babe" hair.
Another chick they never change is Stephanie. Always the same. Never a
risk taken with her hair, etc, yet cuter, more vibrant Chelsea is
always changing and on the cutting edge.
JMO...and no, Chloe's not ugly, exactly, she's just always the same on
the show and has been for YEARS. She's always "Barbie Opera Diva
Chick".
